The great master Georges Prêtre celebrates 50 years at La Scala conducting a special concert with the Philharmonic orchestra and with Rudolf Buchbinder on piano.

For the occasion he will interpret music by Ludwig van Beethoven (Egmont Overture, Op. 84), Giuseppe Verdi (Concerto No. 3 in C minor. Op 37 for piano and orchestra - Symphony from ‘La forza del destino’), Franz Liszt (Rigoletto. Paraphrase de concert R 267 for solo piano) and by Maurice Ravel (Boléro).
